for the 11th time this year on February 11. The aim of this folk-tradition based event is to make gastronomy more popular.
Fat Thursday is one of the most successful actions of the Hungarian Tourist Office. The goal of the event – other than to help people fall in love with going out to restaurants – is to help locals and tourists get to know various dishes from Hungary’s different areas as well as the traditions connected to them.
