On 29 August, Chef’s Privé Club takes over the kitchen at Dugattyús for the day, with creative chef Jordán Belián giving the doughnut a playful makeover with some unexpected summer flavour combinations. On the FÁNK U! menu, the classic dessert takes on a whole new role: Cluck Shock pairs a doughnut with fried chicken and jam, Crack Brûlée comes with a caramelised sugar crust, cream and strawberries, while Corn Star completes the line-up with boiled corn topped with cotija cheese and Tajín butter.
