Patagonian Francesco “Pancho” Cardenas (Kadeau - DK) and chef Szilárd Tóth (Innio) will have a joyous cooking session inspired by Scandinavian cuisine at Innio on January 11, 12, and 13. Their menu includes only local and seasonal ingredients spiced up with the mentality of northern cuisine. Pancho will also have a few Danish surprises straight from the Kadeau.
