On 1 May, City Park’s Great Meadow once again fills with dogs and their owners as DOGZ Festival returns, one of Hungary’s largest community events dedicated to dog lovers. Organised by We Love Dogz magazine, the festival brings together pet owners, future adopters, professionals, and families for a full day of programmes. Built around responsible dog ownership, this year’s event focuses on nutrition and health, alongside a packed lineup of activities. Visitors can watch dog dancing and rescue dog demonstrations, join talks and workshops, or take part in the Juti-Futi dog run. Community walks, a dedicated kids’ zone, and expert advice from trainers and veterinarians all add to the experience. More than just a festival, it’s a shared day out where dogs and their humans can enjoy the park together in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
