The next event in Dear Budapest’s series of dinners will all about the love for spring, its colors, its fresh lightness, and about Easter. There will be a four-course dinner and the concert of Gabi Knoll.

The art of spring menu:


  • Ramson-scrambled eggs, quail eggs, beetroot

  • Cohlrabi velouté, green apple, fishballs

  • Lamb chops, chimichurri, baked potato

  • Bread pudding, white chocolate, lime, passion fruit ice-cream
