The next event in Dear Budapest’s series of dinners will all about the love for spring, its colors, its fresh lightness, and about Easter. There will be a four-course dinner and the concert of Gabi Knoll.
The art of spring menu:
- Ramson-scrambled eggs, quail eggs, beetroot
- Cohlrabi velouté, green apple, fishballs
- Lamb chops, chimichurri, baked potato
- Bread pudding, white chocolate, lime, passion fruit ice-cream
