Chicas Eat Chevices is the first gastro event organised by newly opened Mexican restaurant, Tereza. For the occasion, chefs have dreamed up a selection of ceviches, with mescal-based cocktails. Henri Gonzo, frontman of Fran Palermo, will spin the discs and provide a soundtrack that will fly you straight to Mexico.
Ceviche menu:
- Octopus, mango, lime mayo
- Escolar, grapefruit, coconut milk
- Shrimp, chiltepin chili, cilantro
Drinks:
- Mil Mascaras - mescal mango infusion, mango purée, ginger
- Butter Blood - mescal falernum, blood orange, pink grapefruit, grapefruit
- Mescal Martini - mescal, Antica Formula, sugar syrup, olive juice, salt bitter
