From 30 May to 1 June, the Castle Garden Festival (VárkertFeszt) will bring a vibrant mix of concerts, literary evenings, film screenings, and family-friendly activities to the Várkert Bazár. The programme features performances by the Fitos Dezső Dance Company, Budapest Jazz Orchestra, the Budapest Philharmonic Society Orchestra, Szabó Balázs Bandája, Parno Graszt & Bohemian Betyars, as well as a special collaboration between New Fossils and the Willany Leó Improvisation Dance Theatre.
Children can enjoy puppet shows, musical instrument demonstrations, interactive games, and a swing. Across the three-day festival, a variety of food trucks will be on hand, serving up delicious bites and unique drinks. To round off the evenings, DJ sets will keep the party going on two of the nights.
