Byblos, a restaurant combining the flavours of the Middle East and the Mediterranean, celebrates its first anniversary with a five-course dinner on 16 September. The fine selection of meals will be prepared by chefs Osama and Mohammad Kutaini, and will be paired with great Chateau Musar wines.
