On 20 August, Onyx Restaurant’s signature summer event, Burger, Boat, Bubbles, returns for its third edition, offering a glimpse into the work of the Onyx Creative Community. Once again, the team puts a fine-dining spin on street food, with a menu featuring ceviche, mangalica, baby catfish and pulled oyster mushroom burgers, ostrich stew cooked over an open fire, and a selection of desserts. The evening continues with a cruise along the Danube, DJ sets, Sauska sparkling wine and a front-row view of the St Stephen’s Day fireworks.
