On 30 September, the Best Sandwich series continues at Pici Bar, this time exploring the history and different versions of the lobster roll. The evening will also look at the origins of the classic American sandwich, first created by Harry Perry at his roadside restaurant, Perry’s, where he served lobster meat tossed in melted butter inside a roll. At the event, you can try Ilja Volkov’s own take on the lobster roll.
