Between 15 and 19 April, SALT Budapest and Berlin’s Horváth Berlin will swap kitchens. During this time, guests in Budapest can experience a specially curated ten-course, vegetable-focused menu created by Sebastian Frank and his team. Rather than relying on luxury ingredients, the menu highlights precision, creativity, and the role of time, transforming simple components into thoughtful, character-driven dishes.
