Bastille Day is France’s most important national holiday, marking two key events: the storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789 – a pivotal moment of the French Revolution – and the Fête de la Fédération held a year later to celebrate national unity.
This year, Pavillon de Paris brings the spirit of celebration to Budapest with classic French dishes, a brand-new summer menu, fine wines, sparkling champagne, and a live DJ set spinning French tunes. The festive mood doesn’t end there – from this weekend onwards, the garden will host weekly acoustic concerts and DJ sets all the way through to autumn.
