Balázs Pándi takes over the kitchen of Központ at Madách tér from 23 to 27 October. Balázs is an amateur chef, with a passion for cooking ever since his teenage years. The pop-up menu will feature dishes that he’s been offering to his friends and music groups passing through Hungary for years. As a drummer, he has collaborated with numerous famous artists, from Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth to film director Jim Jarmusch. Visitors are welcome from 11am to 7pm every day of pop-up week.
