On 19 October, two brilliant gastro spots are teaming up to spoil us with a delicious selection of Middle Eastern mezze. The location is the popular breakfast place Nor/ma Grand on the Buda side, where the chef of Pingrumba is cooking up some amazing dishes.

  • Pingrumba: Pomegranate chicken liver cream, tahini, pine nuts and Grilled vegetables, labneh, zaatar
  • Nor/ma Grand: Salmon tartare, Moroccan lemon, blood salsify and Roasted garlic cream, crushed tomatoes, sesame seeds

You will be able to order the dishes separately or as a mezze selection.
