Cocktail bar Barside invited Gergely Staszkiv, one of the finalists in the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, to do a guest shift behind the counter. His trademark drink is the Fuerza Positiva, the cocktail he will be taking to the annual world finals and the one that he’ll prepare at Barside on 24 January for guests to taste.
