Night of Art Cinemas

Puskin will screen Oscar nominated and winning Hungarian movies from 35mm film. Before the screening of
Catsplay
the 91 year old Károly Makk, while before
Mephisto
, the cinematographer Lajos Koltai (who just turned 70 recently) will be our guests. Besides the most successful movies of the past few years, Művész will also screen a French comedy before its Hungarian premiere. They will screen a sci-fi
(Kill Command)
and a real horror classic (
Night of the Living Dead
) at Toldi before the national premiers. Visitors of Tabán will have the chance to watch such films as
Wild Tales
and
For Some Inexplicable Reason
(with English subtitles). Kino Café Cinema will screen
Son of Saul
from 35mm film reels during the Night of Art Cinemas.
