Gastrofanatics’ surreal ramen event series started out in the summer of 2019, after Attila Felhősi and Dávid Gátai discovered the resemblance between their store and Asian kitchens. This marks the beginning of an adventure in the world of Asian soup delicacies.
The recipe is original in every sense of the word, hence the name: Anatomy of Ramen. The soups take at least eight hours to prepare, starting from the marinating process to adding the soul of the ramen, the tare. And, of course, no artificial flavours or additives are used.
