On 23 November, the annual Advent Feast at the Basilica opens. Running until 1 January, Budapest's Szent István tér will be transformed into a festive wonderland, full of holiday spirit and great street food. All kinds of gifts, decorations, gourmet food and drinks feature, so stop by if you’re looking for presents to put under the tree. The main attraction is the sensational 3D light show, the biggest of the kind in Central Europe, beamed onto the façade of the Basilica. These monumental projections start 30 minutes after dusk every evening.
