Wine-lovers dedicate a whole month to one of the greatest varieties of the Carpathian Basin, furmint. Besides the various events centered around this wine, this variety will also become available at more and more restaurants during February. Furmint February puts this variety in the spotlight, and February 1 is the International Furmint Day, this is why the Furmint February Grand Tasting will be held in Vajdahunyad Castle on this day.
