Following Vizafogó, Thurzó, and Jász-Rokolya parks, this project, announced by Mayor József Tóth, began in late March and was handed over to residents in the last week of June.
Fun for all ages
According to Mayor József Tóth, the new playground has something for everyone. It features a trampoline, a nest swing, a baby swing, and a climbing net. Little ones will love the sandpit with water play, which is all kept cool under shady sun canopies and has a handy drinking fountain nearby.
The area has been thoughtfully planted with 15 new trees, perennials, and grasses, and includes bins, benches, stools, and a picnic table. Plus, it's lit by three solar-powered lights.
