If you're a foodie who loves dining at top restaurants for less, it's time to start bookings! DiningCity Restaurant Week – a tradition by now – is back from 13 to 30 March, and you can already snatch tables. For 18 days, you can enjoy specially crafted 3-course menus at some of Budapest’s best restaurants, all at discounted prices: HUF 6,900, HUF 8,900, or HUF 10,900.
Choosing just one spot won't be easy – especially with a strong lineup of Michelin-recommended restaurants in the mix. If you want to follow the world-famous guide’s picks, consider Costes Downtown, Felix Kitchen & Bar, a Hoppá Bistro, MÁK étterem, a MoszkvaTéЯ bisztró, a Spago by Wolfgang Puck, a Szaletly Restaurant and Garden, or UMO Restaurant.
If you'd go for stunning views, book Aranybástya in the Buda Castle or Búsuló Juhász restaurant on Gellért Hill. For iconic Hungarian spots, opt for Gundel Cafe Patisserie Restaurant in the City Park, Centrál Grand Café & Bar, or Első Pesti Rétesház (Strudel House) in downtown Pest.
