Festive menu at Ottimo
The hotel's Italian restaurant, Ottimo, is getting into the festive spirit with a special menu, which launched on December 2nd. From noon until 10 pm daily, indulge in authentic Italian cuisine crafted with the finest ingredients. The chef's special features delectable dishes like roasted foie gras with quince and traditional Italian chestnut cake, or hearty lamb shanks simmered in a creamy San Marzano sauce. For seafood lovers, there's pan-fried king scallops with pickled apples and pancetta, and for meat enthusiasts, venison carpaccio with marinated shimeji mushrooms and smoky aioli. Each dish is expertly paired with fine wines. Ottimo also offers a selection of classic starters, main courses (secondi), and pizzas, ensuring there's something for everyone.
