If you are a video game enthusiast, it will come as no surprise that Diablo 4 is Blizzard’s fastest-selling game. The latest episode was released at the beginning of June, and you might have completed it by now. But here is a fun fact: its live-action trailer was shot in Budapest.
Filming took ten days, with shooting locations including Gruber József Cistern in Budapest, a sand quarry in Fót, and the Replica of the Eger Castle in Pilisborosjenő. The trailer, launched at the end of May, features 12 characters, all appearing in the game. Blizzard rarely shoots live-action teasers, so it is a big deal that a Hungarian team (along with Hungarian locations) could be part of the production. See the result here:
