Out at Rákosmente, District XVII in east Pest, a new skate park has just been unveiled after three years of expert research into in-line skating, skateboarding and BMX cycling. Now skaters and riders of all levels can challenge themselves around the deepest curves in Hungary.
Where Aranylúd utca and 513. utca meet, near the 1848-49 Memorial, the new skate park is divided into three parts, allowing one area to hold events and competitions or be used for tuition.
The Görpark can be approached on two paved walkways, and an easy hop on bus 67 from Örs Vezér tere.
