Tickets are now on sale for skating in City Park. The revered ice rink, backdropped by the Disneyesque Vajdahunyad Castle, is the most atmospheric in town, so expect long queues if you're buying tickets in person.
Hungarian-language tuition is provided for little ones and 2,000 pairs of skates are available for rent. Mask-wearing is mandatory around the inside of the building.
