A summer favourite, the fountain on Margaret Island is now playing music again, accompanied by colourful lights and films projected onto the water curtain in the evenings. The fountain, at the southern tip of the island nearest Margaret Bridge, is a popular backdrop for wedding photos.
From mid-morning, tunes are programmed in hour-long blocks, starting with children’s favourites, moving on to classical, songs about Budapest early evening and rock anthems after dark.
