SuperFly has opened near Budapest’s Árpád Bridge, bringing with it a whole bunch of bouncing space. There are endless trampolines, a parkour area, a free-running zone, basketball hoops and foam pits for you to dive into after you pull off an amazing jump. The park primarily targets teens between 11 and 17 – which explains the wildly colourful design – but some of the equipment can be used by kids from three years old, with adult supervision. Saturday and Sunday mornings are saved for little ones to fool around, while on Friday nights, the lights go out and adult parties take over, welcoming everyone over 16. There is no upper age limit, so you can get your adrenaline burst for the week here whether you are 22 or 92.

Whether you want to show off your crazy backflips, practise your Spiderman skills or be like the man on the flying trapeze, SuperFly is the place to go. Time slots of 60, 90 and 120 minutes start every half an hour, with 100 people allowed to jump around at any one time. Some equipment can only used with the assistance of an animator, such as the flying trapeze, the gigantic and super-steep slide or the huge trampoline that enables you to take a few steps on the wall. Altogether, more than a dozen courses with endless fun equipment await at this big open space, under a high ceiling.

On Friday nights, there are bouncy parties for adults, when a DJ spins discs amid UV lights. Everyone above the age of 16 is welcome. Saturday and Sunday mornings are kid-friendly, dedicated to little ones. SuperFly is an ideal place for birthday parties or stag or hen dos, with snacks covered if required. On all other days, you can get refreshments at the café upstairs.

Bear in mind that using trampolines can cause injury so a thorough warm-up is recommended. First-time visitors need to purchase special socks that are required for jumping around, and the magnetic wristband for the lockers. It is recommended to bring a comfortable change of clothes and remove any jewellery – if you don’t, they will tape them on you upon entry. A 60-minute ticket costs 3,300 forints but there are several options available. More details
