Twice Grammy winners, California’s Slayer form part of the big four of thrash metal, along with Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax. The band have released 12 studio albums and embarked on 37 (!) tours. Now after four decades, they’re hanging up their plectrums.
Announcing the European dates for his group’s last global foray, singer/bassist and founding member Tom Araya declared: “You are really loyal and committed fans. We still have some places to play – keep your eyes and ears open so we can catch you for a last time. Thank you again!”
Tickets are now available for the Budapest concert for LiveNation members. General sale starts tomorrow, Wednesday 5 December, from 10am through LiveNation and Funcode.
