In addition to non-stop tram line 4, HÉV trains to Szentendre and Csepel, and the regular night-bus services that run year-round, metro lines 2, 3 and 4 will also be in operation round-the-clock for New Year’s Eve. This stretching of the subway service has just been announced by BKK to make scooting around the city easier on this busiest night of the year.

This new temporary schedule affects the entire length of the red M2 and green M4 lines, and due to the ongoing renovation, a section between the Kőbánya-Kispest and Lehel tér stations of the blue M3.
