Queen of rap Nicki Minaj and influential American hip-hop artist Future are coming to Budapest. The singer of 2014 hit ‘Anaconda’ has just announced that the pair will be touching down in the UK and Europe as part of her NICKIHNDRXX tour, a global series of live shows kicking off in North America this September. The Budapest leg takes place at the Papp László Sport Aréna on February 25th, 2019. Tickets are already on sale. The tour will promote Nicki’s new album ‘Queen’, due for release on August 10th.
Trinidad-born Nicki Minaj has been shaking up the international rap and hip-hop scene for a decade, producing such hits as Super Bass, Beez in the Trap, Starships and Only. Her collaborations have included stars like Lil Wayne, Drake, Beyoncé and Justin Bieber. Her recent release Chun-Li has gained over 56 million views on YouTube.
When she announced her tour on June 11th, Nicki also shared her new song with Lil Wayne, Rich Sex. Her Budapest performance with Low Life singer Future will be her first appearance in Hungary’s capital. The European tour sets off in Munich on February 21st and concludes in Geneva on March 28th.
