Hungarian artist Zsolt Hlinka often portrays Budapest from unusual perspectives, highlighting historic edifices and contemporary constructions across Hungary’s capital. A recent photo series by the photographer takes viewers inside many of the city’s majestically symmetrical theater halls, capturing the scenes from an angle which the audience ordinarily never sees by snapping the vacant auditoriums from the stage. “In this altered perspective, time slows down to become one infinite moment, where the auditoriums turn into waves, colors, and impressions,” says the photographer.
