Get healthy food to go at Rukkola, Budapest’s freshest salad spot

Providing a wide variety of reasonably priced nutritious meals served in handy takeaway boxes, Rukkola proves that street food can also be health food. Rukkola is located behind a narrow entryway by Kálvin Square, and this nice salad shop captivates its guests not only with its sleek design, but with its 11 kinds of salad boxes. The “box” part already indicates Rukkola’s takeaway-based style, although we can also eat the vitamin bombs on the spot. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon to find the place completely full – apparently, nearby university students discovered Rukkola before we did.
