Promising kitchen on Dob Street - Fricska Gastropub

A fresh spot opened a few month ago in the slightly surprising location of a Dob Street basement, just near the Grand Boulevard. We gave the kitchen (run by Csaba Csongrádi and two young chefs Andor Giczi and Szabolcs Nagy) a go and left convinced: if it keeps up the good work, this gastropub might become a solid figure on the Budapest gastro scene.
