Noon - : Stretched Moment at TrapézThe works and performances of Pierre-Etienne Morelle examine space, objects, bodies, materials, and their relation to each other, focusing on the tension between them. As they are momentary situations they are risky and hard to sustain. The site-specific installation, presented at Trapéz Gallery, is exposing an absorbed moment, a moment in which existence is unstable.
Noon - : Zoe Phobic Christmas Fair at Open Showroom On Friday, December 18th, everyone is welcome at Open Showroom for a pre-Christmas orange-scented, festive fair – with lots of bags, beautiful sweaters, and coats.
2pm - : My Neighborhood – Budapest Downtown: public spaces from a personal viewpoint at Projekt Gallery (1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos street 14-16) This exhibition shows the history of downtown Pest during the past 100 years through privately taken photos – all presented in a multimedia form. The footage from family archives and passionate amateurs are both personal memories and documents of the city’s history. The stories intersect – not necessarily in chronological order – along the typical experiences and endowments of certain parts of the city, and sometimes they run along each other through a lifetime.
7pm - : Evil Twin Brewery Premier at Élesztő ImporterThe moment has come for the tasting of two American craft beers – along with the best European ones. With the help of the guys at #hübris, two beers of Evil Twin Brewery arrived at Importer from the USA.
7.30pm - : Telep 10267 – Géza Talabér exhibition at TELEP 10,267 pictures from Geza Talaber Photography have been published on TELEP’s Facebook page. At this exhibition, the photos of Géza Talabér will be on display on a different media platform than his usual online uploads.
11pm - 4am:Tesla 1st Birthday Party at TeslaThe electrifying Kazinczy Street nightclub is throwing a hip birthday party on Friday to mark its first year on the Budapest nightlife scene.
There’s a lot to celebrate at the birthday bash, with DJ duos playing the hottest electronica tracks. Along with Nigel Stately & Goyah, Basics & IMMI V, Moon & Meszi, and the Used Disco duo, Tesla is going to turn up the heat with show dancers and fire jugglers from Ibiza.

2pm - :Bike N Nite 04 at Anker’t Bike ’n’ Nite is a monthly event combining volunteer work helping those in need along with biking and the cultural and party scene of Budapest. Their goal is to organize an event every month where all ages and all social classes work together to promote charity work while connecting social work, cycling, and the cultural nightlife. They spend a whole afternoon and evening to build a more conscious community with all kinds of programs, artists, and DJs.
2pm - : MVM Winter Magic at City Park Ice Rink Spending time outdoors during the winter? Why not!
MVM Winter Magic is a day when music, ice skating, and charity unite to evoke the spirit of Christmas – doing all of this in the magical setting of the Városliget Ice Rink. The event is free, but all participants must register in advance.

USE unused 10th Anniversary Party at Tütü USE unused, one of the most influential brands of Hungarian fashion, celebrates its tenth anniversary on December 19th. The brand invites fashion lovers for a ten-day-long series of events – and of course they await everyone else who would like to raise a glass to the brand’s future success.
TMX and Gipsyrobot will represent the team of USE from behind the DJ console – playing the freshest vocal house melodies.
10pm - : Chrismas Acid Party - Ceephax Acid Crew at G3Ceephax Acid Crew (often simply credited as Ceephax) is a British acid house and drum and bass electronic musician named Andy Jenkinson. Jenkinson is also known simply by the pseudonym Ceephax, which is a pun on the BBC teletext service Ceefax. He is the brother of Tom Jenkinson, aka Squarepusher, and for a while he shared living quarters with Jonathan Taylor, aka Global Goon. Underground record labels Firstcask, Lo Records, and Breakin’ Records each released music by Ceephax (his first record was released when he was 18 years old). The more famous Rephlex Records and even more famous Warp Records both released remixes of Squarepusher by Ceephax, which sound nothing like the originals.
11.30pm - : Jan Blomqvist at Akvárium Klub Jan Blomqvist is one of the most characteristic and innovative figures of today’s electronic music, whose sounds are universally celebrated by the contemporary music scene. The same thing applies in Hungary: his shows are always accompanied by enormous interest, and always end with loud success. Jan Blomqvist returns to Akvárium Klub in Budapest with this spirit – accompanied by his fellow musicians to give a live show.
