5pm - : Halloween Party at ELTE Füvészkert Füvészkert will open its gates on Halloween evening for the first time on October 31st, when the organizers await visitors with exciting and clever programs. Participants will be able to learn about herbal teas and potions, poisonous plants, and the botanical garden’s mysterious nocturnal inhabitants. In addition, those hungry for a fright can also take part in handicraft activities, bat hunting, and a show of hand-carved pumpkins.

6pm - : Ghost Party at Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden On Saturday, October 31st, Holnemvolt Park awaits the general public with a “ghost party” between 6pm and 11pm. The “monster promenade” between the old carousel to the jungle railway offers a variety of programs, but visitors can also take part in family pumpkin carving, a ghost-hunting game, face painting, or watching a fire-jugglingshow. In addition, the enchanted castle’s façade will feature a special light show.

6pm - 10pm: Halloween with the Bohemian Betyars at A38 ShipHungary's top speed-folk freak-punk band, the Bohemian Betyars, are making a dizzying Halloween party with two other exciting bands, where Hungarian folklore meets the horror of Halloween, as all the bandmates dress up and rock out. Anyone who likes fear and loathing, dancing and cheering has to be there!7pm - : Budapest Pumpkin Lantern Festival 2015 at Heroes' Square Participants can take their home-carved Halloween pumpkins to Heroes’ Square at 7pm for an eerily beautiful display in the most hallowed square of Hungary.
