The concept behind the hip homes
The ‘hip’ was founded by a small group of Hungarian friends who came to realize that Hungary is lacking a proper luxury short term vacation rental provider for tourists and business travellers. That was the starting point of the whole project. The main motivation behind creating these homes was to offer alternatives for the wealthy foreigners. “When we realized there were no existing real estate agents in Hungary that provided the kind of luxury apartments and services that we were accustomed to finding in other parts of the world, we decided to fill the gap” – as they say.
