Being the first in our country to organize such event individually, Chefparade Cooking School invites internationally recognized chefs and gastronomic writers.

The world-famous guests are Peter Gordon, Gary Rhodes, Fergus Henderson and Fran Warde.

On 27-28 April the event series opens with Fran Warde chef, gastronomic writer, co-author of bestselling cookbooks The French Kitchen and The French Market. The topic: The British Cut (What is the British Cut, why is it different from any other in European and Hungarian way?) Menu (based on Fran Warde's brand new cookbook: Ginger Pig Meat Book):

  • Pork fillet with new season rhubarb
  • Slow-roast belly of pork
  • Spiced lamb pilaf
  • Mid-week meat loaf with spiced tomato sauce
  • Yorkshire pudding
  • Salsa Verde & Harissa

On 18-19 May, the guest chef will be Peter Gordon, the father of “fusion cuisine”, who is also the owner of many restaurants in London and in his homeland, New-Zeeland. Gordon is the author of seven cookbooks and collaborated on countless other publications.

During autumn Fergus Henderson, the famous English chef well-known of reviving British cuisine and Gary Rhodes, the ambassador of British kitchen, professional leader of many Michelin-starred restaurants and fix member of the jury of MasterChef televisional series will be the guests of Chefparade.

Participation fee: 29.900 HUF (or 3 Chefparade cooking voucher). Tickets are available: exclusively at Chefparade shops. The demonstrations combined with a tasting dinner, are open to the public, but registration and purchase of tickets is necessary. Original, English language copy of the guests’ cookbooks, signed by the author are included in the participation fee. Language of the demonstrations is English.
