February 2012 is greeted by a unique concept in Budapest, that of Bagatellini, the latest installment of the Villa Bagatelle team with the help of master chef Viktor Segal in MOM Park.

The Villa Bagatelle team believes that take-out food can also be delicious, healthy and fresh. So they decided to bring to life a café and bakery that offers first-class, fresh, hand-made delicacies made of natural or bio ingredients: and thus Bagatellini was born.

At Bagatellini you’ll find everything from mouth-watering sandwiches and hand-made pastries to special salads, soups and fresh, bio French fries – all for all to drink and munch on in the quality and with the freshness expected from Villa Bagatelle, not to mention the smiles that come along with them. The conception of soups, sandwiches and salads was assisted by Viktor Segal, master chef, who employed the principle of “simplicity, harmony and exploration”. We strongly recommend their coffee specialties which are made of coffee by Daniel Moser, famous for his first-class Arabica coffees.

Besides Bagatellini Café there’s a Brót bakery, as well, where pastries and bread already known from Villa Bagatelle are sold. Just like in the café, everything here is made fresh, by hand, without artificial additives, only from natural ingredients. Further products sold here are the freshly squeezed orange juice, bio apple juice and fresh, seasonal fruits. These can be consumed on site or asked for take-out, too.

The interior of the shop was made by Madilancos Studio after the designs of Ágnes Wirtz, the owner, and the graphic image of Bagatellini was created by David Barath Design.
