Traditional French restaurant Chez Daniel in Szív utca stands close to elegant Kodály körönd. Daniel is the chef and his cuisine is authentically French – so a dictionary might prove handy with menu items such as parmentier de canard and petite salade verte de mesclun. His dishes are made from fresh, local ingredients and besides his à la carte offers, he also has a daily menu. The cosiest spot in the restaurant is the flowery inner terrace, where you can relax with a glass of Hungarian or French wine on spring and summer evenings. The interior is traditional, evoking the style of Provence.
