The
Gasztroangyal weekend
will be held between the 4th and 6th of July in Millenáris Park, supported by MTVA. The
most charismatic people
from the show -
farmers
,
producers
,
winemakers
,
restaurateurs
- have been invited to the event, since they can show the culinary values of the Hungarian countryside the most authentically.
During the event,
visitors can collect recipes and learn tricks
about meat roasting, bread kneading, or jam, syrup and pickled good making and preserving.
The exhibitors will constantly hold presentations, offer
tastings
, and sell their products.
