Italian composer and conductor Ennio Morricone is a true living legend; he has composed over 500 scores for cinema and television, as well as over 100 absolute music works, and is one of only two film composers in history to have received an honorary Academy Award for his lifetime achievement. As part of a large-scale world tour which began in January 2016 to mark his 60-year anniversary as a professional composer, Morricone fills Papp László Budapest SportArena with marvelous melodies on October 18th. Up to this point in the tour, the prodigious maestro performed for over 150,000 audience members in 22 European cities, and received standing ovations and overwhelming critical acclaim. More details
