ands-on cooking classes
where we prepare a
delicious feast
to sit down and enjoy together in the comfort of a home.
What they offer is something
different than a cooking school
. All of their events take place in their
own home
kitchen not a "fancy" commercial-style kitchen.





Their groups are only
maximum of 6
, not up to 20 like some cooking schools. So you will
feel special from the moment you walk in the door
. The
Cook + Connect
‘Share the Love’ cooking series will showcase
menus designed for the perfect dinner party
for friends and family. Menus:






Week 1:
Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta; Mediterranean Chicken; Broken potatoes with rosemary; Rocket and sun-dried tomato salad; Individual cherry tiramisu






Week 2:
Chicken rice paper rolls; Ginger turkey meatballs with soy dressing; Roast duck and lychee red curry; Vibrant cabbage salad; apple and pineapple and coconut crumble






Week 3:
Mexican layered dips: Guacamole, spicy bean, tomato and onion; Chilli con carne; Cucumber ribbon salad; Chilli chocolate mousse pots






Week 4:
Feta, hummus and mint open tarts; Chicken Tajine; Moroccan Salad; Almond and parsley Cous cous; Pomegranate and pistachio yoghurt parfait






The price includes:
hands-on and demonstration based learning; 3 course sit down meal with a glass of wine or beer; take home recipes and friendly English speaking teacher/host.






When:
classes are held Tuesday Evenings 18.00 - 22.00: 18 Feb, 25 Feb, 4 Mar, 11 Mar.






Price:
the entire 4 week series is 40,000 HUF. If you want to only come to one session, it is 12,000 HUF. However availability for one-off classes is restricted.
