On 30 August, you can dive into the art of calzone-making in the courtyard of Hengermalom, where sourdough and open fire take centre stage. During the programme, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough dough, roll out your own calzone, fill it with tasty ingredients, and bake it on the spot. The secrets of the famous “folded pizza” will be shared by the Domovoj team. The event is donation-based.
