In the middle of September, comes the Brewery Festival (
Főzdefeszt
), the first Hungarian artisan beer festival, in the heart of the city.
The range of the beers and producers will be quite wide, as you’ll be able to find the 12% strong “
Angry Beast
” beer, such as the milder, fruity ones at one place. Of course, not only Hungarian brewers (22 of them)
will be presented, as many Czech, and Slovenian producers will show their best for the visitors. This year, first time in its history, the
Főzdefeszt
will present a cider-stand for the ones who love this form of apple.
On the last day, the audience will be able to choose the “
Favourite Beer of 2012
”, furthermore the “
Brewery of the Year
” will be handed to the winner.
The entrance if free, the consumption can be paid off mostly in HUF.
