10:11 – 12:00
- Duck breast omlett with mint yoghurt, roasted beetroot, and olive cibatta
- Smoked sausage with homemade mustard and olive cibatta
- Butter croissant with homemade jam
- Marrowbone with toast and vegetables
12:00-18:00
- Pork belly with boiled corn, chili butter and steak potatos
- Smoked duck breast salad
- Wildboar sandwich with juniper-berry and cranberry sauce, blue cheese, Isabelle grape jam, and with garnish
