Zöld Péter playground, built in Millenáris Park, is one of the oldest thematic playgrounds of Budapest. Its present form was created in 2009, as a result of more than 20 visual artists’ work. In the entrance, the swineherd boy known from folk tales welcomes visitors, and the piglets are not absent from behind his back, either. Besides them, we can see numerous folktale figures as well, like the evil stepmother and the oxen. Playing here is equal to connecting the tales’ plot threads. Due to the pebbly ground, you should bring your children in closed shoes.
