Popular with local Chinese and Hungarians, Master Wang’s Chinese Kitchen on Gizella út focuses on authentic northern flavours though you’ll still find a few Sichuan ones as served up at the other outlets of this famed chef. It’s the kind of place where spicy pork innards and Chairman Mao’s favourite are specialities but the less adventurous can opt for Peking garlic chicken or beef in black-bean-and-pepper sauce.
