Serving Mediterranean bites in Vas utca, Vas Manci is a mini-bistro and café where you can stop by for coffee, a Middle-Eastern lunch or a light platter paired with a glass of Spanish wine. The small kitchen comes up with creative dishes and pairings that change with each season. One thing is constant: Polett Lengyel, the energetic owner, who opened this place inspired by her time in Valencia. Depending on the level of your hunger, you can tuck into spreads, salads, Spanish tapas or, if you want something more substantial, choose from the various meaty and vegetarian mains, such as the cerdo al caramelo (pork tenderloin in caramel sauce) with butter-popcorn purée.
