Located in Őrmező in District XI, this confectionery offers beautifully made, delicious cakes and sweets. Owners József Juhos and Eszter Gerő named it Sütizz (”Have some cake!”) and you will gladly obey when you see their French-style dessert selection, with modern takes on Hungarian classics. They look amazing, taste great and are eminently affordable. Sütizz serves homemade ice cream, with sugar-free options, too. The place is within a ten-minute walk of Kelenföld metro station and already very popular in the neighbourhood, but if you live downtown, it’s well worth a visit, too.
