Chefs Szabina Szulló and Tamás Széll did not rest on their laurels for long after winning a Michelin star at Onyx: they opened their own bistro. The original location was at the Downtown Market, at kiosk No.25. In the autumn of 2019, it relocated to Buda, close to the Tunnel. The food is classic Hungarian fare, full of paprika, fat and flavour. The dishes can be ordered as part of a set menu, which changes every few weeks. Prices are fair and each bite is worth it. The wider world seems to agree: the bistro received the Michelin recommendation of a Bib Gourmand in 2018.
